I wasn’t sure what to expect going into this, but Alyx was so incredibly kind, empathetic, and intuitive. She picked up on what I needed and guided me through everything which instantly made me feel safe and seen. Plus answering all of my questions clearly and with patience. It was also refreshing seeing how passionate she is about what she does. She and the other staff went above and beyond to help me with what I was seeking guidance on and I look forward to when I can return knowing I’m in good hands.
