Today, my facial with Grace was one worth reviewing. She was confident in the way she shared her knowledge of products and their use and benefits. She was a good teacher, walking through what she was about to do and the best products for my skin type. The facial never felt rushed, or like she was checking off boxes just to be done quickly. The whole process was calm and relaxing. Her massage was the best I’ve had since I started coming there. Her demeanor was one of confidence and caring.
