I've been battling with menstrual migraines & headaches for over 2 years. I've tried several different things to help, but I still got pounding headaches every month. One day saw a post how massages can help. So I contacted Ellen asking when to schedule an appointment to be effective. After the 1st massage, felt some results. Headaches were not as severe or as long. Came back a 2nd time & felt amazing. Only had a couple very mild headaches, and felt like myself. Thank you Ellen!! I'll continue to come on every month as it is working better than anything else I've tried in almost 3 years.
