My visits with emma are always pleasant . I've never had any problems with any of the work Emma had done. I've been going to Emma now about every 6 to 7 weeks for the last 2.5 years. Always a great experience. I'm always happy with the end result. She does awesome art too.

The only thing that could improve my experience is if we could do a better job of sticking to the time frame indicated in the app when I book the appointment. I assume that’s kinda what’s typical industry-wide for the services I am booking. I know nail structure is important to you, but it seems like that’s where the process seems to fall behind, perhaps? I imagine this adjustment would allow you to see more clients, which means more income…and who doesn’t like that idea? 😉

So sad to have to leave Cecilia:( we travel across the US for work and I found Cecilia when we first got to idaho falls to do my lashes for my engagement pictures!! I’ve continued using her for my lashes while we’ve been here for the last couple of months! So so sad I don’t get to see her every couple of weeks! Definitely will be back to visit when we are back in town🩷
