Just started coming here for brow waxing. Absolutely phenomenal experience, staff, and results. My eyebrows have never looked better! Also, their prices are the best I’ve seen in Ann Arbor. Overall 10/10 studio; I will be recommending to friends and family.

Jenny is amazing at waxing! She’s thorough, gentle, and makes the waxing experience less painful. She’s super sweet and conversational, which are pluses. In Ann Arbor, I would only trust her with my wax!

I love this location. It's well ventilated, so it doesn't smell heavily of nail polish like other salons I've been to. I travel across all of Ann Arbor and then some, past soo many other salons just to come here

Excellent! A lovely and cozy salon. Christy, the owner, is an accomplished stylist and listens to what you want. This was my first time at the salon and I will keep going back. I got the best haircut I’ve had in a long time!

Emily is wonderful! I come away from her massages relaxed in body and spirit. Her facility is clean and inviting. She has perks like choices of which scented massage oil I prefer, using a jade roller on my face or adding a special foot softener. The hip opener is the best! Her touch is firm, yet gentle. I highly recommend Open Your Heart.
