It’s a procedure to professionally fit a wig to your head. Different techniques are used depending on your hair length and type, and type of wig you choose.

How long does a wig installation take?

Installation time largely depends on the technique used to secure your wig. Sewing a wig in place takes between 3-6 hours. In contrast, it takes less than an hour to install a lace front wig using special adhesive, and around an hour to install a full-lace wig and a 360 wig.

What is the process of installing a wig like?

The installation of your wig is dictated by your hair’s length, texture and thickness, the wig you choose, and the installation technique you go for.
