Had a great experience with Jenny. She answered all my questions and was very helpful with booking me in. She did an amazing job with my hair. I’ve had so many compliments already and I’ve only had it done an hour. She was on time and finished when I expected to be done. I found her salon through Instagram. Would recommend her to anyone!

I think she’s a good stylist but I am not sure where the confusion about my time came from and because I liked her I decided to say nothing. I waited while she did someone else’s hair because I felt I would get my full time, but then she literally rushed what she did with my hair, repeatedly stating that she had until 7pm; but I arrived at 5pm and waited so I am not sure if the stylists are informed about the time to spend but this left a sour taste in my mouth. I felt rushed and felt my hair was unfinished because the stylist was not aware of the time to allocate to my hair.

I rarely get my hair done and for my first ever service at dark Shugar, I got the best experience of having the exact hair I wanted and it came out great. Blessing was a gem and she took the opportunity to make sure that I loved the hair which I’m glad she did. Karina did a very thorough job. I seldom see that kind of care taken any more. I especially like the extra work to remove the cuticle. I’m often annoy because the technician has not even bothered to consistently pushed the cuticle back. I will be back.
