Cassandra did an awesome job with my hair. I didn’t have a style in mind when I went in so I left it to her - she ended up making a great choice and I felt great walking out of the shop. I had such a great experience at the salon last night with Alex. She highlighted my hair in preparation for extensions this weekend and it turned out so nice, exactly what I was hoping for. The colour looks really natural and blends so well. She was also so sweet and gentle and made the whole appointment feel really relaxed. You can tell she actually cares and takes her time with what she’s doing. I can’t wait to see the final result with the extensions, I’m already so happy with how everything is looking so far!

I consider Alex the hair expert ever since I moved to Ottawa and whenever I'm in the city, I seek out appointments with her. Alex is a talent like no other and I always trust her advice. She recommends products to make the hair healthy/protected both before and after colouring. I love her balayage work. Next up is a haircut!! I always feel great after my appointments. Keep shining Alex!

I have the privilege of working with this gem of a lady. I often ask her to simply wash my hair but she goes above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and taken care of. I had such a great experience. I started with black hair and she completely transformed my color and added extensions beautifully. The blend is perfect and the tone looks amazing. You can really tell she takes her time and pays attention to every detail. I also get my sew-in extensions done by her and she is excellent at it. Everything always looks natural and feels comfortable. I’m always happy with the results.

My experience was fantastic and I so appreciated Dominique accommodating my sister by doing her hair as well! We are both thrilled with our “Do’s”….Thank you again, Dominique!
