Really good guys for doing the hair, but the front desk receptionist is a disaster! Any excuse to charge me more, even though I’m their regular customer!!! Never welcoming never offering a drink , I’ve even been attacked by her before saying that I didn’t pay previous visit. I literally had to show her proof of the receipt. This kind of behavior should be illegal in Dubai. It’s sooooo HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH SUCH PEOPLE. I hope this message can go to a manager to the dial a nail in downtown. At 8 boulevard walk tower.!!

I honestly love coming here every time! The service is always amazing and I’m so happy with my hair. This time I had the leave-in treatment and my hair feels incredibly soft, smooth and frizz-free. It’s made such a difference with the Dubai humidity too. Definitely one of my go-to places for my hair! 🤍

The hair service by the team is amazing. However the nails need improving and the prices need to reflect dubai mall or the building. Higher prices than Wow salon Dubai mall.

Sako has been my hairdresser for over 2 years, and he is truly the most amazing and professional hair artist I have ever come across. I frequently have events and photoshoots, so I often come in for different hairstyles, and the level of perfection he achieves every single time is beyond exceptional🙏 After living in Dubai for over 30 years and visiting many of the best salons and hairdressers in the city, I can honestly say that Sako stands out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m so happy I found Incoco Salon. It’s truly a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. A special thank you to Natalie at reception, who was absolutely amazing. She kept checking on me throughout my appointment to make sure I was comfortable, and her kindness made the whole experience even more special. I also had my hair done by Rowen (I hope I’m spelling her name right 😄), and she was fantastic. She did a beautiful job with my hair color, took the time to understand what I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Ophelie did an amazing job with my 5-year-old daughter's haircut. She was so patient, gentle, and friendly, making my daughter feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. My daughter has long curly hair, and Ophelie carefully removed the damaged ends while keeping the shape and length beautiful. We absolutely love the result and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

My experience was amazing! I usually do my organic hair treatment with Noora—she’s very professional and polite, and the results truly show in my hair. I also tried the Moroccan bath with Bushra, and she uses excellent organic products that leave the skin feeling so refreshed. The rest of the team—Ibtisam, Juan, Ann, Jennifer, and Lina—are all great and very hardworking. I’ve personally tried their services and highly recommend them. Definitely worth a visit!
