Sophie knows exactly what I want. Now got my hair in perfect condition and back to a Bob after painstakingly growing out a short cut. Absolutely love the colour! Jess is so lovely! I feel at ease with her and love the head massage during hair washing. I have struggled my whole life going to the hairdressers.
