I had the same great experience as always on this visit. I missed Tamara, who usually does my manicure, (one team — Tamara & Monica work on me at the same time) but I was still in great hands with Monica, who handled both my manicure and pedicure this time. Since it had been a while since my last visit, she focused on retraining my nails. Elizabeth plays a key role in ensuring excellent service, scheduling, and communication. She keeps you informed of any scheduling changes and is always extremely helpful to clients!! Great to be back. Thanks ladies.

My experience was amazing! Nagima took her time and explained the process. Madina was super attentive and so welcoming. Both ladies explained the process to assure we were both on the same page. Despite of dying my black for the past five years, results were beautiful! And the best part is that my hair was not damaged in the process. Her attention to detail in making sure my cut was perfect and making sure I was comfortable, the Black Friday Promo was an amazing deal. I even booked an appointment for my daughter for Saturday.
