I had such a lovely experience at Happy Hair UK as a new client! I originally booked in for a sew-in with a closure, but Happy took the time to talk through my options and recommended a leave-out using my natural hair instead. I really appreciated that she put the health and look of my hair first rather than just sticking to what I’d booked. The salon has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere, with ladies having their hair and nails done, and Love Island on in the background, which was a nice touch! I was also offered refreshments, which made me feel really looked after.

So happy I went with the Nano Keratin treatment and trim. Thanks to Happy she has allowed me to realise the potential with my hair from my previous appointment with a different treatment. Grace went above and beyond to make my daughter’s first nail treatment special. Grace had prepared a trial nail to show the colours and design that my daughter had requested. Not only did this save time it was spot on and the final result was amazing. One very happy daughter. Thank you Grace, we will be back.

My appointment with Sonia was very good, as usual, but I have a complaint about the fact we are required to pay half the cost in order to confirm the appointment. This is the first time in 40 years of coming to the hairdressers on the Cassiobury estate that this is necessary. Could this practice possibly be reconsidered ?
