I had a deep tissue massage with the wonderful Chrissie. Once again, I felt nurtured and relaxed for most of this session. Obviously, my shoulder areas needed a lot of attention and that was challenging for me but it needed to be done! Besides, Chrissy expertly relaxed me immediately after and I was in heaven!
