I booked an eyebrow threading session with Sandra for my 16 yr old son. It was fab straight from the off Sandra made my son at ease straight away. She is excellent at her job and very witty. It was his 1st time having threading and he loved it . He had already shown all his friends and that was on the way home in the car . We shall definitely return. My guess is he will make this a monthly thing. Thank you so much Sandra 👏

This is the first time I feel anyone spent time to get to know my hair properly as part of the styling consultation. Jenny worked with my natural hair not against, noticing my hair was curly (news to me). Jenny offered me advice/ products to trial between appointments to help me decide- she is so knowledgeable! The whole team were so welcoming and made me feel relaxed and included. I knew I had complete confidence in Jenny so I let her work her magic! I now have bouncy sun-kissed natural curls, which I LOVE! I’m so chuffed with my new look and I am never going anywhere else again!

Amazing! I am now converted to having someone look after my feet. I was so embarrassed by my feet, so much so it took me ages to make an appointment. Due to a disability I cannot bend & take care of them properly anymore & there is only so much moisturiser & cotton socks can do overnight! With summer coming up & a wedding, I got the courage to book. I was expecting a little judgement but Shannon could not have been nicer. She did not recoil in horror! My feet can be socks free this summer! I will be back for more appointments - free from embarrassment.
