Had a consultation with Joanna today and found her very informative with skin care routine and products. Joanna was amazing from start to finish. I was given very clear information as to what the procedure and process was to be and how my particular treatment was to be undertaken. The way Joanna put me at ease was second to none, to be honest I was a little apprehensive prior to arriving. Thinking back the lady on reception was amazing also. So from the moment I stepped through the door I can summarise as a 10/10 experience for me. I even booked my next session as soon as I got home.
