Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. I always get a bit nervous going to a new nail place but I loved it here. Decided to go for some Gel X nails which I’d never had before and chose a cat eye colour and Natalia did an amazing job. It’s an almost 2 hour process and Natalia took so much time and put a lot of care into my nails. Highly, highly recommend and I will be back! Thank you so much 🧡
