I’ve been going to Shaf for my nails for a while now and, to be honest, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She just gets what I like. Sometimes I don’t even have to explain it properly and she somehow knows exactly what I’m picturing. There’s a real kindness to the way she works too, nothing rushed, no pressure. She always takes her time with my nails and keeps checking in to make sure I’m happy as she goes, which I really appreciate. More than anything, Shaf makes me feel completely at ease. It’s a calm, caring space and that matters more than people realise. I always leave feeling looked after.

Omg it was my first time getting waxed and I felt so welcomed. Maria made it a relaxed and comfortable space where I could feel free to say if I wanted her to stop and continue. She always checked if I was okay and gave reassurance. Lovely women in the facility and time flew by quickly. Extremely happy with the service and now I feel wonderful! Thank you so much

Ellie is always professional and friendly. I have been seeing her for eyebrow threading for a couple of years now and the standard is consistently high quality. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon is always clean and the other staff are lovely too.

It was my first visit and I am so pleased I found Preet! I had threading done and her precision was excellent. I also had my old gel nails removed and new ones done. She did an amazing job and her attention to detail in her work is fantastic. I like she is friendly, easy to talk to and she cares.
