Michalis and the VItakinesis team are phenomenal. I get regular massage therapy and he's incredibly knowledgeable about the body mechanics and how to release muscle tightness.

Ive had hundreds of sports massages over the years and Michalis knows his stuff. I highly recommend VitaKinensis they've been able to keep my body tuned up so I can keep playing recreational sports :)

michalis is very knowledgeable with his PT background and an intuitive therapist - he did an initial assessment for me and checked my posture before determining the best approach and modalities for me - he clearly loves helping people and helped me feel at ease... i told him my chronic pain points which are always neck and low back, and really listened to me... he used a mix of techniques to work on me and i feel so much better - especially the next day. The cupping feels amazing - he also applied kinesio tape on my lower back to help with mobility.

Amazing therapeutic massage!

Amazing and skilled therapeutic massage that took care of a nasty shoulder pain! Definitely reccomend!

Michaelis is great to work with. He has a detailed knowledge of the body. He’s very responsive in his massage technique.

My massage with Jackie was great as usual. She really listens and tries to figure out the underlying condition. Thanks to the regular sports massages I’ve managed to stay pretty much injury free despite large weekly running milages. She always takes the time and never feels rushed. Besides all these benefits it’s just very relaxing and resetting. Thanks Jackie!
