After two months off work with my UC flare up I’m finally well enough to go back to work tomorrow, so booked myself in for an extra treatment today to make sure I go back feeling energised and ready to go. Halil’s incredible technique has definitely helped me on the road to recovery and after todays session I feel ready to get a good nights sleep and get back to work. Self care is the way forward in helping to manage health issues and what better way to do that than with Halil’s incredible massages. Thanks so much Halil you’re amazing. Another great massage from Halil. I've been having massage for over 25 yrs now (various places) and Halil and Jayne are outstanding. They always ask what type of massage and areas you want and listen to your requirements. The room is always beautifully decorated, and a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. 10/10 thanks and Happy Christmas !

Lovely massage ! It was a cold morning and the rooom was lovley and warm and the towel to cover up on the hot radiator - lovely touch! Fabulous treatment and I feel totally relaxed and muscles unknotted! Thansk Halil and Jayne !

Amazing deep tissue massage & very professional

Professional top quality massage very happy with the overall experience.

Halil’s massage was just what I needed after a busy day at work. The calming, beautifully decorated and warm room immediately makes you feel relaxed. The combination of the deep muscle massage and hot stones made me feel human again.

I went in with stiff neck and shoulders - came out feeling much more free & easy... It is my plan to return to continue Halil's good work. I have had a number of massage therapies over the years - and each one is different. Halil addressed the problem areas and the two hours went surprisingly quickly.

Had another great massage. Usually have one hour ones but had the half hour in which Halil concentrated on my right shoulder which had been causing me a lot of discomfort. Feels so much better now and I have booked again in two weeks which I am looking forward to. So glad I found this place. Lovely relaxing environment. Halil and Jane make it a very pleasant experience and although I still have aches and pains my issues have definitely improved. Highly recommend. Thank you.

The therapist Halil is highly skilled, targeting deep muscle tension with precision while the heated stones provided soothing warmth aiding the muscle depth and melted away stress. The ambiance was serene, with calming aromas and soft music enhancing the relaxation. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, with my muscles relaxed and in less fibromyalgia pain. I highly recommend Ottoman Retreat.

I booked this deep tissue massage with Halil for my son who suffers with lower back pain and tension in his shoulders, I have myself had several massage sessions and I knew my son would benefit from this. As expected, my son highly recommends Halil, he tells me it was much better than he expected it would be. Halil is very knowledgable and experienced and this is evidenced every time. Another great massage today. Always feel so much better after Halil has worked his magic. I have to admit when I first went I was very unsure because I hadn’t had a massage quite like it, but now I feel a lot less shy (at 74 it’s quite a big deal to have massage) Halil has always made me feel at ease.
