I had a lovely back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial and scalp massage ending with light therapy. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, clean and personalised. Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

Today's massage was fantastic. I was greeted very politely and Magdalena was very friendly. She explained the treatment to me and what I could expect. She asked permission to start the treatment and explained each step. The treatment was great and I would definitely recommend Magdalena. A very professional and friendly therapist.

I heard a lot about Erika as a good massage therapist, but I didn’t have enough time to get there. And it was a matter of chance that I was presented with a gift certificate for 3 full sessions. And after the first session, according to the assesment of my body, I was surprised that the problem was in my body in a completely different place than I expected. After the remaining 2 sessions, I already felt the result on my body. I had strong headaches before visiting the massage, And at the first session, Erika does for me a head massage, and each time my pain went away.

Great pressure and I e already booked for my second massage next week as it’s really helped already

Gorgeous space with a thoughtful and caring therapist. Massage pressure was just right and atmosphere was lovely. Parking is easy close by on street.

Erika was absolutely brilliant, I took my brother who’s in the army and he felt amazing after. He had a full body sports massage and it’s really helped. She explained everything it great detail , Has a huge amount of knowledge, it was amazing to actually be able to see and understand why my brother was having these issues. She was so welcoming and very funny!

I booked a sports massage after feeling really tight and sore, and it was exactly what I needed. The pressure was spot on – firm enough to work out all the knots but still comfortable. I could feel the tension easing straight away, and the difference in how my shoulders and back feel now is amazing. If you’re achy or stiff, I definitely recommend giving this a go – I’ll be booking again for sure!

Louise gave me a back and shoulder massage. My back is not as bent over as it was, and I am really pleased with the results since she started the treatment a few months ago. She has also cured the back pain I originally consulted her about. This has been achieved by a combination of therapies - needling, UV lights and exercises. It is a pleasure to be treated by Louise in a comfortable, modern clinic by someone who is so reassuring and knowledgeable.
