A lovely time in the spa for my daughter’s birthday followed by a facial and back , neck and shoulder massage which was really nice. A plentiful afternoon tea was also enjoyed with good service. Only bad points- showers were Luke warm , no cups for water in the relaxation lounge and outside areas look run down but we enjoyed our time together. Thankyou

A gorgeous facial and back massage by Sorcha and a glass of bubbles and box of delicious chocolates after which was such a bonus as it was part of the treatment I had booked. Felt so chilled .

Gorgeous place in the lovelyest little village wootton bridge , right on the creek , plenty of parking , easy to find , very helpful staff, absolutely gorgeous food , beautiful little spa and pool , we live in wootton and offen get a voucher for 2 hours in the spa and a lunch , this time I had a lovely roast and pudding after which was delicious 😋it also has a hotel which we have never stayed at as we live here 😆 but I expect its as beautiful as the rest of the place . All on ground level so easy to walk from the spa to the restaurant , I highly recommend going there 👌

Had a really good full body massage with Jackie . She was excellent

The lunch was lovely and the outside spa area was great. It was nice having an indoor pool although slightly disappointing only 6 loungers are available. With around 30 people in the spa, there was nowhere to chill and relax. The spa massage treatment was good and felt refreshed afterwards. One area in need of refurbishment is the gents changing room. The toilet is out of order meaning a walk through 2 corridors and directly through the reception area to the next available (wearing trunks/ robe and wet). The changing room is tired (flooring, showers and shower cubicles) and let's it down.

Jackie ( hope that’s right, was so relaxed my brain turned to mush!) gave such an amazing massage- I never wanted to leave! Really well organised and lovely experience. Also thank you for the choice of silent or chatty- that’s really great touch :)

Staff friendly and helpful. Bar area pleasant. Beauty/massage treatment rooms and relaxing area appeared clean? and were tidy.Unfortunately the spa areas are in need of a deep clean! Inside the swimming pool there was a fair amount of silt at the bottom including a discarded sticking plaster. Around the pool there were clumps of hair and in corners behind the longer beds built up dirt/grime and cobwebs which would suggest that the whole floor area isn’t sprayed down/treated/disinfected each night! The water in cooler was tepid not nice and cool. Ladies changing rooms dirty and decor tired.

A very relaxing afternoon, fantastic hot stones massage and other facilities, finished off with a delicious lunch.We would have scored Great but for the one size fits all gown, one of the poolside shower heads not working, a couple of clocks not working and no wet kit bags in the men’s you changing rooms. Just a few little things that would have made the experience perfect. The hospitality was great.

What a brilliant stay we had. All the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was exceptional and the massage we both had was amazing. I can’t recommend here highly enough. We will definitely be staying again.

Lovely and clean and good variety of spa features but it got a bit busy later on and I couldn’t get the hydra massage to work in the pool. There is only one ladies toilet and one disabled in the spa. Aromatherapy saunas were very relaxing and choice of 2 jacuzzis and a steam room.

This was my first time getting a massage and I was a bit unsure of the process. I have to say everyone was very friendly and the whole process was very relaxing and definitely worth the money.
