Had my first Japanese spa with lucy and I didn’t know want to expect but my god I could lay there all day and let lucy do that! She talked through what she was going to do and it was super relaxing. My hair has never felt so clean and soft. Still 2 days later it is shining and feels weightless! The arm and hand massage is lovely bonus. Well done Ellen and the team for constantly ensuring they are on top with the needs of there clients!! One stop shop!

I had my first Indian head massage and reflexology session with Nicola yesterday and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Nicola has such a calming presence and a real gift for what she does. The head massage was incredibly relaxing and worked wonders for the tension I’d been carrying. Everyone should have this in between hair colours! Had a Meridian Massage yesterday with Eve. Such a calming and relaxing experience to try a different type of massage. Really felt it went deep into my muscles after getting used to the strange feeling of the gloves. Eve makes you feel at ease and explains the whole process as you go along.
