I have the targetted sports massage and Donna really knows her stuff, I've been twice over the past few months, and she fixed 7+ months of shoulder pain causing broken sleep and no lie ins, with one session! Booked this for my husband as he is 9 months post surgery from Achilles surgery, he was very pleased with the outcome of the deep tissue massage, Donna was very professional & very knowledgeable it what she was doing, definitely will be booking more.

Had a targeted massage with Donna this morning, following a ribs injury. Donna was very knowledgeable and talked me through the injury and the plan going forward re-exercise. The massage has definitely eased the pain and discomfort. I can't recommend Donna enough, shes not only knowledgeable and experienced in what she does but also a really lovely person.
