I had a sports massage from Donna today to resolve the issue i was having with my shoulder. Donna was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. Deanna was fantastic. Issue with my shoulder and other areas she found exact point and treated me with cupping and acupuncture. Very relaxing. She’s really good at listening and pinpointed exact issues in the body and treating them . 5 stars out of 5 from me

Had a targeted massage with Donna this morning, following a ribs injury. Donna was very knowledgeable and talked me through the injury and the plan going forward re-exercise. The massage has definitely eased the pain and discomfort. I can't recommend Donna enough, shes not only knowledgeable and experienced in what she does but also a really lovely person.

After pulling my lower back, I managed to get a short notice appointment with Donna and after a targeted massage, my pain was reduced and my movement was much better. Thank you so much Donna, really appreciate the treatment and advice 🙌🏻
