Would highly recommend to anyone looking for massage therapies. I am currently 40 weeks pregnant and have had 2 reflexology sessions with Emily, which have been amazing and relaxing. She made me feel at ease from the get go and really took her time explaining how reflexology works and what to expect after a session. I would definitely be going back postpartum!!!

I’m new to reflexology and had an initial consultation and treatment with Emily. The space itself is a wonderful haven, with calming music, very comfortable heated bed and a snuggly blanket. The treatment itself was magical and exceeded all expectations. I felt myself unwinding completely from the first moments, through the combination of foot massage and pressure point focus. It’s hard to put into words how transporting and blissful I found it; I feel that the benefits will stay with me well into the next hours and evening ahead. Fully recommend. Thank you Emily!

Pregnancy massage. Pat is very professional and takes care to make sure that you and baby are well. She really knows what she is talking about and tailors each massage to help and support any particular symptoms you may be experiencing throughout your pregnancy. Pat is very adaptable and I trust her to provide the right treatment for me and my baby. Not only is it very relaxing (and easy to fall asleep to if you need it) but it alleviates general pregnancy aches and swelling. A treat I always look forward to. I would highly recommend. In fact, I have purchased a voucher for my pregnant friend

I always look forward to my appointments with Suzie! I recently had the microdermabrasion facial combined with high frequency, and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. Suzie is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about how best to look after you and your skin. Since my treatment, I've received so many compliments on my skin. I can't wait for my next visit!
