My first time getting a massage, Amy was brilliant, I hadn't realised how beneficial a massage could be. The massage was a birthday gift and I went not thinking I 'needed' one, but the technique Amy used showed me how much tension I was carrying in my shoulders and neck and how much better it felt after. Great communication throughout. Very welcoming atmosphere. Initial consultation, addressing medical history, and check of body movements. Massage targeted all stress points and ended with some good advice. Overall, a very good service. You are made to feel welcome from beginning to end.

Had a great session with Xenia. Really holistic approach to the massage, talked through where I felt needed focus and took time to check in during the session. She worked out areas of tension I didn't even realise I had without needing any heavy handedness. She's really intuitive in her approach, so the massage is very tailored to your body's needs. Never been so relaxed and felt so peaceful whilst also getting the tension release of a deep tissue massage.

Another great deep tissue/sport massage at Remedy Room West. Phillipa has a brilliant set up, a lovely warm, relaxing space, with gentle but proper music to zone out to (none of the waves lapping/birds tweeting nonsense!). She tailors each massage to my needs and preferences and has helped me manage some annoying sports niggles too. Highly recommended.

I had a 90 minute holistic massage with Amy and it was really totally amazing. I have recurring shoulder and back pain, both were helped hugely by the treatment. The other elements of the massage were both relaxing and relaxed invigorating, an incredible and unexpected benefit of a whole body treatment. This is the 2nd time I’ve been here, 10/10 will definitely be back

I saw Phillippa for massage just before and just after completing the West Highland Way and Ben Nevis. She is a truly lovely human who made me feel immediately comfortable and she clearly cares about the wellbeing of her clients. She also gave me the best massages I have ever had (and I've had plenty!). She manages to get exactly the spots that need it and I left feeling better immediately. I wish I could bring her back to Australia with me!

I've been going for massages with Andrew for a while now and it's always a fantastic experience. Andrew takes his time to understand any issues that need to be tackled in the session, and tailors the experience to you needs, whether it's injury or just some self care. On top of that, Andrew is kind, understanding, and creates a pleasant atmosphere for a safe and relaxing experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
