I had a wonderful experience with my massage therapy session. The environment was calm and relaxing, and I felt comfortable right away. My therapist Annette was professional, attentive, and really focused. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and with noticeable relief from muscle tension. They have accommodated our request all the time. My RMT Tyler really did a great job, pressure of massage was really therapeutic and relaxing at same time.

Kaitlyn did an amazing job again! I was exceptionally pleased with her thorough therapeutic techniques, especially on my back and hips. She communicated more, which I appreciated for comfort and strength applied. I just wish that room was warmer by the window. The cold draft from the windows make my dangling arms and hands SO cold! Maybe it would be helpful for the room to have a small space heater on cold days or heating pad on the table. I greatly appreciate the student rate for massage therapy. It's been a tremendous help in pain and stress relief while I am off work without benefits.

Kaitlyn was a fantastic massage therapist, especially for a student. She provided relief in my right hip that most RMTs have not been able to over 20 years, especially in one session. I appreciated her professionalism, providing comfort while providing therapeutic massage, and excellent technique and fluidity in movements. My only recommendation would be to encourage verbal communication to simply check in, especially regarding desired strength and depth applied and if desired temperature/warmth is adequate - notably on a first appointment with no prior experience with first time patient.

The massage therapist was gentle, calm and engaging. But I wanted my insurance to cover my bill since I had total coverage but after the treatment pi was told to pay at the front desk, which came us a surprise for me and I didn’t like the ambush.

My husband and I went for a couples massage and we had such a great experience! My RMT, Christianne, was amazing — she made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The front desk lady (I forgot her name) was super nice and welcomed us with a warm smile. My husband also really enjoyed his massage with Aaron — he said Aaron did a great job and followed all his instructions. We both left feeling so relaxed. Thank you guys for making it such a great experience!
