Refine Wellness is a jewel in north Edmonton. Amanda is a great massage therapist. She is interested in fitness training ,working with all her clients to address areas of concern. There is plenty of parking and the room and business are always clean. All insurance companies are accepted.

I have been driving to the west end for over two years because I have been able to find a good massage therapist in the north. I am so glad I found Amanda, she is my new go to!!! When you book for an hour - it's a full hour of massage - Not missing the few moments before as you are in the room getting ready for your massage. The active release techniques, knowing when more pressure and less pressure is warranted, and knowing how just the body is put together helps target my problem areas effectively. I would recommend Refine Wellness. :)

It was amazing more than I expected

I had a unique to me issue with tennis elbow and I was dealt with the very next day after regular working hours. It was painful at first but I left feeling much better and having some exercises to assist in healing. Great job!
