I visited Emma and the results went great. I had lots of pain in my shoulders/neck and deltoids, I hadn't slept well for a while and this pain effected my daily job & mental health for weeks. Emma cleared out all my pains in one session , I've felt great this past week after visiting Sackville health and beauty.

A truely amazing experience. I arrived with a 'frozen' neck and shoulder and in a lot of discomfort. I went away calmed, reassured and so much more relaxed. What an amazing place. Hidden away on the ground floor of the Sackville building. Clean, welcoming, and a calming atmospere. Have already recommended it to a friend who was hunting for a podiatrist in Bexhill. I was seen after my neck treatment by the podiatrist and can definitely recommend this service as well. I walked home on air!

I live with chronic pain, but Emma is able to relieve tight muscles and tense areas so that this is easier to manage for a while. My back, shoulders and neck feel lighter and more relaxed than they have in a while, probably since our last appointment. Thank you Emma, as always.
