Andie was absolutely amazing with my newly turned 5 year old! She was kind, patient, and very thorough with her explanations. She talked to my daughter, as well as me, throughout the whole experience. It took a lot of coaxing to get my daughter ready for the second ear, but Andie is very quick and comforting. 10/10 for first ear piercing!

Andie was absolutely phenomenal with my 6 year old who was nervous about getting her ears pierced! She gave her time, space and respect, keeping her fully informed each step of the way. Andie needed less than 5 minutes to do her job but spent not a minute less than what my daughter needed in order to feel comfortable. We were there for nearly an hour and she earned my daughter's trust instantly. She also took her time going over aftercare instructions with me, explaining everything with great detail as well as offering her guidance at any point during the healing process, should we need it.

Andie was amazing with our 8 year old getting her ears pierced. Did everything at my daughter's place, and explained everything very well. Andie’s Brittanie is absolutely the right place to go for any piercing. I visited with a close friend, and Andie took the time to thoroughly explain everything addressing all of our questions and concerns, not only about the piercing I was getting but also about future ones. She walked me through the entire process step by step. Although I was nervous at first, she made the experience comfortable and virtually painless. I also appreciated that she used titanium jewelry instead of surgical steel, which is a healthier option for the body. And the body piercing options were totally cute
