I highly recommend trying the combination of Thai and Swedish massage—it truly gives you the best of both worlds. This was my first experience with Thai massage, and it definitely won’t be my last. Ana did an exceptional job identifying tight muscles and releasing tension through a blend of massage and deep stretching—reaching areas I didn’t even realize were tight. Her ability to move and stretch my body was incredible, beyond anything I thought possible. The morning after, I stood up straight without pain for the first time in ages. I’ll absolutely be coming back regularly.

Dawn is an amazing massage therapist. She really knows how to target and relieve the areas where I have pain. After massage my shoulders, lower back, and calves felt incredibly refreshed so much so that I felt like I could fly. I highly recommend her!

Kelly was great! I've gone twice now. Pressure is what you would expect from a proper Thai massage, so be prepared if you've never done one before. Hot stones are optional. There are some deep stretches involved as well.
