Amazing! Not only is her therapeutic work top notch, but her Swedish massage is unreal. I got up from massage thinking “she should do this for a living” I was so relaxed. 10/10 highly recommend.

Fab deep tissue massage!

I always feel really good after a Session with Kristina. I am now getting a combination myo release and massage. I struggle a bit with wanting more massage than myo but the fascia groundwork is important too. Today my myo work felt like I was getting an internal massage. I don’t know how else to describe it. Also Kristina coached me on a recent injury of mine which I appreciated. She is knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and needs. I look forward to my next visit.

Today Kristina combined myofacial release and a massage focusing on my back and shoulders, where I am having some issues. I have been for many massages in my life and I don’t think I have ever experienced the incredible sensation like I did today. The myo massage combo was amazing. Even though the focus was on my upper body, the tingles of pleasure traveled down to my toes and even into my head. She has been working on my fascia four prior sessions over the past months so I’m not sure if that preparation laid the groundwork for the success I had today. Whatever the case, it was delightful.

It was wonderful Kristina! It helped me release a lot of emotional energy. The bowel massage you gave me was extremely helpful too. Looking forward to my next appt Jan 30th.
