Patrick is an incredibly caring, attentive and knowledgeable massage therapist who explains every step of the way what's about to happen in your treatment. Due to working a desk-based role and frequently experiencing tension in my upper back and shoulders, I decided book a massage at the Elements Bodywork studio. As someone who hasn't really had massage before, I felt wholly supported and comfortable -there were moments when I felt so at peace, I could have fallen asleep! I left feeling relaxed, more in tune with my body and I am already looking forward to returning for another session.

Had the most relaxing facial today with Terri. My skin has been blurrghhh of late and after a consultation Terri put together a plan of what would benefit my needs. I left the salon positively glowing and my skin felt great. Also, the shoulder massage I had whilst the masque was doing its work was amazing. I've already booked my next one.
