Been about 6 weeks from my last visit to Rio and she has sorted my back and legs out completely. Can't recommend Rio highly enough. If you're feeling sore go get yourself a sports massage you won't regret it !!

Wow...is all I can say, Rio is back in her lovely little space...I had a sports massage following a recent ski trip and Rio sorted all the knots in my legs and felt sooo much better. Can't recommend highly enough, if you're feeling sore or just fancy a massage get yourself booked in

Saw Rio today for reflexology and a massage. Amazing! The new treatment room is cozy and relaxing. I paid for it using an e voucher I had for Christmas. Highly recommend these vouchers as gifts. Mine had a little nodding reindeer on it, so sweet! Can get via the Fresha site that you book treatments on. Planning my next visit already!

This was my first time getting a sports massage and it was incredible! Rio was so lovely to talk to and she answered all of my questions about what she was doing and the kinds of aftercare I could do to help with my posture. I would highly recommend Ivana. If you’re looking for a relaxing massage or facial you won't be disappointed! Ivana always worked her magic on the knots in my shoulders! I also have all my waxing done here which again Ivana is very skilled at and puts you at total ease. If you want to feel pampered go ahead and book! The brand Ivana uses are Janssen Cosmetics, they are amazing and they leave you skin glowing, when I go to Ivana's for a pamper session I don't want to leave. The best bit for me is the hot towels and massage, and the heated blanket on the treatment bed😊

Absolutely wonderful experience from Justyna. I had a very relaxing facial which was carried out with care and professionalism. Justyna examined my face and tailored the dermologica products to suit my skin type. The facial included a wonderful neck/shoulder massage. I cannot recommend her enough, a really gorgeous treat.

The hot stone massage was so relaxing. The room was so cosy, I especially enjoyed the heated blanket. My shoulders feel instantly better, from a reoccurring ache. I had mentioned this to Jessica, so she focused on this area. Would highly recommend!
