Amazing lymphatic drainage massage, Adrienne talked me through everything right at the start so I knew what was going to happen and then let me completely relax. She also educated me on the body and how the massage affects the body and all the benefits. Will definitely book again.

The Swedish massage is devine. Both times I had were so relaxing and Indy was focused on my problematic area particularly and after each massage, I felt so much better. Definitely this spa is my favourite place in South London.

I have had three or four massages from Fern now and I am never disappointed 🙌🏼 From start to finish Fern makes me feel relaxed and she takes time to ask about any areas of your body that you would like her to pay particular attention too. After six weeks of intense workouts, I treated myself to a spa package at Indys—and it was absolutely amazing. From the massage to the ambience, everything felt so relaxing and beautifully done. She worked wonders on my sore muscles, and by the time I left, I felt like I was walking on clouds. Coming definitely again!

Highly recommend. I’ve been visiting Michael for 4 weeks to help deal my plantar fasciitis. It’s working, his massages are great as are the exercises he’s given me to do at home.

“Absolutely great”!! I availed massage specific to my body pain from the lady who I must admit is a sheer expert of this area. It was really worth the money paid for this. The salon recently opened but its services are top-class. I interacted with a few who were there and it seems like they were quite happy with their experiences. I recommend anyone to at least try once and see yourself how good the service for the price they are charging.

I had an incredible deep tissue massage at Adara. The space was beautifully designed, clean, and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tension. What really stood out was how attentive and thoughtful the staff were, making sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and can’t wait to return.
