It was a great experience, at the beginning it felt like a normal massage, something you’d expect but after I left, it felt the greatest thing ever, really helped me feel waaay better, I can’t thank Rita enough, she knows her stuff, 11/10 definitely recommend!!

Cannot recommend Terry higher. I've been here a few times now and always receive an excellent massage. He's very sensitive to pain points, but also knows where and how to thoroughly work knots and tightness. Always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Polly’s deep tissue was incredible. The best I’ve had. She is definitely strong and her massages are very firm, but this is exactly what I like and needed for some very tight muscles. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Adrian is definitely 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but he’s way better than great, he’s amazing! Whether it’s for Sports Massage pain relief (mine was initially until Adrian worked wonders to get rid of it), or for Swedish massage to relax & restore, AR Sports Massage is the Rolls Royce of treatments. His smart new studio within the Glass Mill Leisure Centre is just a 2 minute walk from Lewisham station & is only 9 minutes from London Bridge station & he does home visits. Adrian is very professional & super friendly & puts you at ease the moment you walk into his studio. Highly recommended.

This was my first experience of having a massage and a facial at the salon where I usually have my hair cut. I was so pleased with the service that the wonderfully experienced Renata provided to tailor suit my needs. Her service was professional with both the massage and the facial and she also gave me helpful advice. Overall, the salon is a little gem in New Cross with the most knowledgeable and friendly staff.
