Après bientôt 2 ans de Sugaring avec Maibel, je peux confirmer que c’est la MEILLEURE. J’en ai accumulé de mauvaises expériences et je suis tellement ravi d’avoir trouvé mon esthéticienne. Elle se soucie vraiment de ses clientes et te met à l’aise. Entre le bikini, les bras ou jambes, elle est toujours douce et à l’écoute sans oublier sa précision ! Puis c’est tellement un amour qu’on passe la totalité de la séance à rigoler ! Je la recommande à 10000% !! Pour rien au monde, je changerai 🥹.

I’ve been doing Brazilian sugaring with Mai for awhile now, she really makes you feel comfortable and always asks if you’re feeling alright throughout the whole thing🫶🏼 She makes sure every little hair is gone!!! As my skin is sensitive & I’m prone to ingrown hair & hyperpigmentation, sugaring is definitely the way to go, it helps with all those concerns🤪

I’m always very happy with the work I have done here, I’ve been a customer for a long time! I have to say though, that every single time I’ve been, I end up waiting at least 15 minutes for my appointment even though I make a point of showing up on time. I don’t blame any of the staff, I know things take time and their work is meticulous. But maybe updating the booking system to represent more accurate time frames would be helpful and more courteous for your customers.

I’ve been getting sugaring for about a year now, but now that she got her own place I had to follow her here too that’s how good her service is. She always makes me feel supper comfortable, she’s very nice and polite and the spa is very clean and cozy, I’d give her 10 stars if I could 🥰❤️

I am someone with SUPER sensitive skin and the sugaring left AMAZING results. The place is super clean and Mai is THE sweetest.

First time with sugaring and V&O Kim was very capable, knowledgable and made me relax I will come back

My only issue is that my sugaring didn’t completely remove the hair on my legs. It got most of it, but at the lower half of my legs, it feels prickly as if I shaved cuz the hair broke instead of getting pulled out. Other than that the rest of the sugaring went well and the lady that did it was nice!
