This was the first time I had experienced the foot/leg massage. I've been struggling with fluid retention around ankles and knees and thought I would give it a try! It was fantastic, a real working massage and Zoë has encouraged me to drink more fluids to help with this problem and also focus on these two problematic areas when I'm out walking 💯
