After a running injury left my big toenail broken, I went to Defined Studio for a medical pedicure and nail reconstruction. The results are fantastic.... my feet look like new. I’ll absolutely be returning.

She’s not just a nail tech she’s a therapist. I’d give her 10 ⭐️ as I can only give five, let’s pretend I’m rating her above and beyond. If she ever retires (she is a Nan) I’ll create a petition. I’ve gone in with sad nails and out with Swarovski crystal that fell from the sky and onto my fingertips. We laugh, we cry and I go out every time like I’ve been to a spa for my soul. The chats? Let’s just say if there was a podcast of our time it’d be the most entertaining thing you’d hear. My manicure and pedicure was carried out with Millie who has made a super job of them, the gels look great. Millie was friendly and professional informing me what she was doing all the time. The salon was clean, busy and the other girls friendly.

Impeccable service. Ellie pays attention to your needs, very bubbly and lovely lady. Atmosphere warm and inviting. Highly recommended, would not go anywhere else now.

Absolutely amazing! I reached out to Charlotte as I saw she did pedicures but a few days prior I had chipped my toenail quite significantly. I asked if she would be able to put acrylic or biab on and even better she had an anti fungal nail construction gel. Not only that but Charlotte fit me in within two days so I had hardly any time to wait. Charlotte is very professional and really makes you feel comfortable and at home. The massage and products felt amazing as if my feet were a brand new pair. My toenail looked like my own. Amazing service, skill & facilities 🩷

I had great experience again:) Milli has done my nails absolutely beautifully. Even my partner said look so nice . Zoe done a luxury foot spa , it was luxury and just feel like I’m walking on the clouds, she was very kind and make sure I feel completely. Excellent service at all the time :)

Amber is absolutely amazing! 100% recommend. Everyone is very polite and professional. Make you feel very comfortable straight away. Beautiful hidden gem.
