This comment is for the booking team - this is the third time in a year I have asked ahead of time to be put in the area where there are only 2 chairs and it’s the third time I’ve received an excuse that something came up and it couldn’t happen. As a loyal and regular client, I’m disappointed that such a simple request seems impossible. Londy was great - no reflection on her!
