Had such a great experience and wish I had time to go back again while in Valletta. I had Kathleen look after me for my eyebrows, facial and waxing. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed at all times. She is very hospitable and even helped me with my travel skin routine. She recommended me these skincare products in pouches that are great for traveling that you can purchase at the front desk. The express facial was a highlight ! She tailored to my skin needs and I really enjoyed the jelly face mask with the head massage. Highly recommend!

Ivana was truly exceptional. She explained everything clearly and in detail, without ever making me feel rushed despite her busy schedule. What I appreciated most was her respectful and honest approach, she really listened and tailored the discussion to me, rather than pushing treatments. We spoke about skin tightening and jawline refinement, and she guided me professionally, even recommending a doctor at Carisma Aesthetics in Sliema for further consultation. This is actually my second review because Ease Spa was THAT good! I had a spa treatment yesterday that I originally paid for, but when they noticed I had accidentally overpaid, they immediately accommodated me with a complimentary 20-minute focus massage. I don’t recall the name of the therapist, but she was absolutely amazing and so sweet, professional, and a really great masseuse. Both visits left me feeling relaxed, cared for, and truly impressed. Highly recommend!

A truly fantastic experience from the moment I arrived. Calming atmosphere, professional & welcoming. Juan was incredibly attentive & made sure I was comfortable throughout. Outstanding skills. I appreciated the effort put into making the massage both relaxing and therapeutic. Professionalism throughout the whole session. I had a really lovely experience at SoGuapa center ✨ The therapist was incredibly kind, professional and took the time to explain everything carefully. I did an RF microneedling body treatment together with carboxytherapy, and the whole procedure felt very clean, attentive and professionally done.
