I had a bit of an issue with hair colouring due to an old hair dresser. Sophie helped me colour match to my original hair and help fix the issue. I ended up with a redish colour which she said may happen. I ended up loving it. Will definitely be back here in the future.

Hi I booked this for my mum as a gift. And she had some feed back as a disabled person . It's located up 4 flights of stairs which isn't advertised on your sight which she struggled with also no hand rails in the shower. She would have also liked the option of coffee . She would also have liked smalls snacks to be available for purchase as she has diabetes. Over all though she loved the service and would recommend to other people also she really liked the customer service .

Wonderful space to come and unwind. Very welcoming environment, christo is lovely and really explains the various therapies so well. I'm very glad to have finally come for some treatments. Highly recommend the flotation and red light therapy, I have had great relief from my spinal injury after both. I was much more mobile and pain was reduced significantly, not to mention the mental relaxation, it was immense !

I booked in for the Cut & Finish. It was a great experience, didn't feel rushed at all even though the saloon was busy. Chloe cut my hair exactly the way I wanted and very skillfully put in the layers to my thin hair, which was a joy to watch. Washing and straightening my hair was part of the package, and I was even offered a drink. Will definitely return!

First time customer and first time user of an Infrared Sauna. I came with a friend for support as I have a minor disability, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. I will be going again regularly.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience of the flotation tank . It was great to be able to switch off from the world and relax. Loved just floating and letting go off the day to day things. Will definitely be back for the flotation tank and also to try the other treatments on offer .
