My friend and I booked the Afternoon Delight Spa package and also had a mini facial. The whole experience was very relaxing and refreshing and we had a quality afternoon. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

My daughter and I had a lovely day today. We arrived at 9.30am and used the spa facilities and relaxed in the sunshine until our massage treatments at midday. Feeling super relaxed, we went to the brasserie for a wonderful lunch. We loved the whole experience.

We enjoyed it ,my friend had a lovely birthday treat ,we definitely would come again , between the hours when children are not around,the drinks were very expensive though ,we had a great time , keep the spa prices the same and we will come every month for a mums treat ,thankyou

We had a lovely time treating our Mum for Mother’s Day. We used the spa and had afternoon tea. I feel they could of been more careful with my nut allergy as they brought my Mum’s out with an Almond cake on top which made me feel a little uncomfortable sitting next to it.

The spa was very busy but I think this is because of the price is wight vouchers. We were still able to use all of the services. And it was very relaxing, very much needed after my sister and lost our Dad a few weeks ago.

A lovely time in the spa for my daughter’s birthday followed by a facial and back , neck and shoulder massage which was really nice. A plentiful afternoon tea was also enjoyed with good service. Only bad points- showers were Luke warm , no cups for water in the relaxation lounge and outside areas look run down but we enjoyed our time together. Thankyou

Very pleasant staff. Good facilities though difficult to find a chair or jacuzzi when first went in. Otherwise very good. Disappointed to see people on their phones in the spa when this is a public area and people are not at their best. Meal very good but £25 voucher did not go very far - an expensive lunch roast in my opinion. Nonetheless tasty.

Gorgeous place in the lovelyest little village wootton bridge , right on the creek , plenty of parking , easy to find , very helpful staff, absolutely gorgeous food , beautiful little spa and pool , we live in wootton and offen get a voucher for 2 hours in the spa and a lunch , this time I had a lovely roast and pudding after which was delicious 😋it also has a hotel which we have never stayed at as we live here 😆 but I expect its as beautiful as the rest of the place . All on ground level so easy to walk from the spa to the restaurant , I highly recommend going there 👌

We did the twilight package, which included use of the spa from 4pm until 6pm then £25 towards a meal in the bistro. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend it. We had use of the pool, hot tubs, steam rooms and sauna. Relaxation chairs around the poolside and dmhot and cold drinks were available at an extra charge. Hint, take your own towels and robe. £1.50 each towel and £2.50 for use of the robes.

Our Spa & Afternoon Tea package was amazing - spa facilities were great and afternoon tea was lovely with nice staff all around - amazing value for money - would definitely recommend!!

Our experience was good overall, we enjoyed the different sauna settings, and the drift away treatments were a treat. For the spa pass and treatment package that we bought, it’d have been nice to have spa towels, slippers, and robes included.

Lovely relaxing day spent at the Islands best kept secret! The grounds are also lovely. Our package was a spa day with massage and high tea. The tea was lovely too, the massage went by too quickly.

we had a spa package but were told we could not use the spa facilities, pool, sauna etc at 9.00am. our treatments were 10 to 12 and then meal at 1.00pm. so we could not use the other facilites particular we did not want to after a facial and massage for the lose of the impact of the products

What a wonderful relaxing stay ! Came for a 3 night stay on a summer package with my mum who has disabilities. The hotel didn't disappoint on any level. Beautiful location .Stayed in the patio rooms, ground level which opened up to the most serene view of the lake ! The beds are super comfy ( need to know where the pillows & mattress are from !) Bathroom spotless. The spa facilities are wonderful & spotlessly clean. Both Mum & i had amazing treatments. The restaurant was good, but needs another option for vegetarian. Had the same dish twice. Wonderful staff all round. Highly recommend

My massage was wonderful but I was disappointed with the spa in general. It felt a bit neglected and wasn't it's usual smart self. Full bins, no cups for or ice in the water, dirty cups in the bubble room, broken hand dryer in the ladies etc. lots of weeds outside too. I hope this is temporary as it will put me off coming in the future if it is like this again
