From the moment I walked in, I knew I was going to give AuraOrganics Spa (HW) 5 stars! The receptionist was flexible with me running a few minutes late (I’m so appreciative, it’s my birthday). The private day package offered everything it promised and I took some really nice pictures. The hot tub 10/10. My masseuse was 10/10, she was lovely and got right in there with the knots on my back. 45 minutes was definitely needed. I can’t even highlight the best part because this was the best birthday experience. Overall the staff were friendly and I will be coming back very soon!!

Enjoyed the private spa experience thoroughly. Everything was clean and we were well taken care of. Would be nice to include a cold room or something so you can cool down before re-entering the steam room etc. Also would be nice to have instructions on the shower controls as the water was scolding hot.

First time discovering this amazing spot! I booked in for a private spa session for 2. Exactly what I've been looking for. It's local, beautiful location, private has everything you'd want from a spa. Felt very warmly welcomed and comfortable from start to finish. Definitely will be returning!

Incredible experience! Attention to detail and service was exceptional overall. I got the 45 min spa + 45 min Swedish massage, and would recommend it to everyone! You have the spa area all to yourself, with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and shower. Lots of attention to detail to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The massage itself was also excellent and very professional. Although it was my first time, I felt very comfortable and left as a happy customer.

Absolutely wonderful private spa experience. The aura spa team are so lovely and make you feel relaxed and at ease. The only negative is that we wished we booked for longer in the spa area as it was so enjoyable. Will definitely be back

Excellent experience. I has a gel manicure by Tanya and Ellis who were both great. The salon is really spacious with a relaxing vibe. They have a good colour selection for varnishes. Best of all, I came with my young baby and was worried about how it would go as she cried quite a bit. Everyone was really lovely and understanding. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing experience with the Japanese head spa treatment by Kelly. Will definitely recommend and most certainly go again soon.

Really enjoyed this treatment. Felt extremely relaxed and enjoyed the whole experience. I would 100% recommend getting the Japanese head spa. Can’t wait to do it again.

I had the head and scalp spa treatment and I can honestly say it was on of the best treatments I've ever had! Throughout the whole treatment I felt super relaxed and almost fell asleep. The therapist was amazing, she was kind and gentle and made me feel really comfortable throughout the treatment. I would recommend this treatment to everyone and will defo be returning to the salon to have it again!

I'm a PhD student so this experience is DIVINE. I never felt so pampered and looked after. The heated eye mask after skincare with a face mask underneath was HEAVENLY. I felt so cosy. I wanted to try the headspa experience for a while because of the ASMR videos I was watching. The constant tingles I got from the treatment was nonstop. I cannot highly recommend enough!

I’ve done a range of treatments and I’ve lost 7 inches off my waist, 4 inches off my thighs, cellulite is much reduced with smoother skin and body more sculpted, showing off my curves. Kelly is attentive, explaining the treatment to me, making sure that I’m comfortable throughout. KBH has now become part of my self care routine.
