I have never experienced something as heavenlye as the Japanese head spa scalp massage treatment. I spoiled myself with this luxurious 1.5-hour experience and loved it. My head, scalp and hair feel incredible! 💗 The customer experience was excellent; my technician, Siyah, was lovely and answered all my questionse. Highly recommend it as a treat for yourself or a gift for that someone who has everything!

The best head spa in Ottawa so far! Sophie used natural products that smell so good specifically for my hair type after examining my scalp on the screen. My scalp and hair feel amazing! scalp, neck & shoulders massages were amazing, technique is on pointe! The hot ginger tea was the cherry on top! Thank you for going above and beyond to make this experience all worth it.

I have had absolutely the best experience at Dilaani medical esthetics! I have gotten the facial and the scalp treatment from Jelena and I couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere in the spa is very calm and relaxing. Jelena’s facials are incredible and the facial massage was the best part and very relaxing. My skin felt rejuvenated, refreshed and soft. Every step of the scalp treatment was amazing, relaxing with a head, neck and shoulder massage. Thanks to Jelena for such an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

This was my first time in years getting a facial and first time ever doing a Japanese head spa and it was amazing! I was scheduled with their esthetician Qudsiyah and she was 10/10! She was super knowledgeable but calming from the moment I walked in. She was very gentle but firm when it came to massages and continuously made sure I was comfortable with the pressure and everything. She also gave plenty of recommendations for my skin and hair since I dont follow any routines at the moment. I will definitely be recommending this to friends and family and I will 1000% be back!
