Beri really knows her stuff; from the beginning, she was informative and very knowledgeable. When I arrived, I was so swollen and stiff, but after having my massage, I was so relieved I could feel the difference. Her workspace was clean and very modern. For me, cleanliness is very important in this healing process, and her space offers that and more, with a calming ambiance. Felt completely comfortable and informed the whole time. I had the treat of having both Raisah and Nasira at my session for skin needling with skin pen where they really made sure they understood my skin and my skin goals. They explained everything about the procedure and made sure I was fully informed before and throughout every stage including the after care. Really relaxed experience. I didn’t know what to expect but really was very confortable. Eva is an artist & her attention to detail faultless, as well as her knowledge & advice on brow shape. Yesterday (the day of my appointment) I felt a bit self conscious & anxious after having my brows done as despite being an incredible shape, they looked so dark with a pink/red hue. Obviously this is due to the pigment & the effect on the skin. During the course of today the red has gone & even though dark I can see how they frame my face.
