She is extremely professional. I am used to have waxing, and almost all of previous times I had a lot of pain (also very sensitive) and she did her magic that the pain was normal, and afterwards she used a product that made the skin it very smooth. Had a couple of new treatments with Emily recently and she always takes the time to explain the procedure and aftercare. She gives recommendations on add on treatments and helpful advice on products to help maintain your skin at home. Emily knows her stuff and it shows in the results you get! I've never had anything less than a great experience at Profile + and wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin.

Prob the best facial i have ever had. Very relaxing inspire it was spinning class with noisy music over our heads for couple of minutes. I really did enjoy it. Mirella's soft hands make you feel so comfy. Products smell divine. I ll definitely come back for another treatments. I did enjoy especially massage and cold machine calming my skin down (do not know explain in 😬)
