Awesome as always. Really rare of me to share detailed feedback, but the eyebrow service recevied this time was below expectations in terms of how rushed it was done, had to request for it to be repeated (which I really hate asking for and I feel bad doing so too) I really wish next time this service can be enhanced in terms of the time allocated to providing it and the care it needs expecilly that clouring it something customers will have to live with for a while until the colour fades away.

The cloud spa was lovely as usual, I had my favourite matcha & coffee from Sasha ☕️🍵, got my regular Cystine hair treatment done with Farzana 🧖🏼‍♀️, Favourite mani/ pedi with Mika & Stephany💅🏼 it’s always a great time relaxing here at the spa with the best team 💕🫶🏼
