Fabulous salon, very friendly as is Hayley. I had an illumi facial. A first laser facial for me. Hayley was very thorough and explained the procedure. At each step, she explained what she was doing. It was quite a weird sensation on my skin, but it didn’t hurt. Hayley finished the facial with a lovely cooling moisturiser. I noticed a big difference in my skin the following day so I’m excited to see how it is in 3-4 weeks. I would highly recommend Hayley for any treatment. She will definitely put you are ease. I will definitely use her services again .

I had a foot health appointment with Lili which I have every month as have exceptionally bad feet and twisted toes. Lili worked tirelessly on relieving me of a particularly painful corn. Then had the tidying up of the toe nails and buffing of the feet and removal of dead skin, etc. Finally, a relaxing feet and lower legs massage. An essential and must have treatment. I now have pain free walking. Thankyou Lili.

Had a wonderful and most relaxing Me Time treatment with Lili which comprised of a therapeutic back massage and a skin toning and moisturising facial. Arrived really stressed and left extremely calm and relaxed. Shall certainly be returning for more of these and other treatments !

Sarah is so lovely I have had an amazing experience every time I go! Not only are the facials amazing but Sarah has so much knowledge around the science side of things too! I really struggle on and off with my acne and not only do the facials help but I have implemented a few lifestyle tips given to me and have had a huge improvement on my skin I have only been 3 times but will continue coming back! Value for money, friendly service and facials that actually do work!!

I’ve recently had the vitaran skin booster and the results are amazing after just 2 days. My skin feels more plump and youthful, it’s really helped with the redness of my cheeks and fine lines have almost gone. This treatment is definitely a new favourite of mine from Sarah . Highly recommend!!

Fantastic visit to Serene again today . Best Botox I have ever had and been having Botox for over 15 years . Will never go anywhere else now as the results are fantastic . Hayley was very patient and took time to review the ingredients of the skincare products I am recently using to ensure that they would not cause side effects post laser treatment to remove my facial hair. Hayley also explained about the procedure of preparing for the laser treatment ensuring I am aware of the duration of the treatment and what it entails while ensuring that I do not move the googles and leave them covering my eyes. She spent some time adjusting the googles ensuring that they covered my eyes comfortably and securely.
