I had an amazing Endymed treatment with Kelly at Remedi Medispa in Maidstone. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The atmosphere at the cabin was serene and inviting. The treatments themselves were absolutely amazing! The Japanese head spa melted away tension I didn't even realise I was holding, and the facial was incredibly soothing and effective. My skin feels wonderfully hydrated and has a noticeable, healthy glow. A special thank you to Megan, who made the entire experience truly exceptional. Her skilled hands and calming presence made me feel completely relaxed and at ease. I left feeling not only rejuvenated but also incredibly peaceful. What a little gem of a place. Grace was so welcoming to her beautiful cabin. After a thorough walk through of what was going to happen and what products would suit my skin it was time for relaxation. I highly recommend the hot stone massage, any knots I had were soon worked away and I was feeling so relaxed. The mini facial was devine and my skin felt and looked so clear and refreshed. I will be recommending Grace and Glow to my family and friends and I will definitely be back

I have had a couple of facials now with Megan and they have been the most amazing, relaxing experiences! She talks in depth beforehand about your skin and what you would like to achieve from the facial and then uses a range of products and equipment throughout it. Instant results afterwards with the cleanest, glowy skin 🧖‍♀️ Such a cosy and welcoming cabin and very professional treatments! So worth it and cannot wait to return 🩷🩷

I visited Remedi Medispa for the AgeJet treatment on my face, including eye area, lips and neck. I received the usual warm welcome. Had a lovely face cleanse first that smelled and felt devine! Then a cool jelly mask was placed onto my face to hydrate my skin before the treatment. The AgeJet was a warm sensation which I enjoyed it made me feel really relaxed. I loved feeling like it was zapping away my fine lines and wrinkles!! I know it takes up to 4 months to see the true results but I did feel like there was a difference straightaway and have noticed more contours in my cheeks. I Love it!!

I had a very informative consultation and received good advice while having treatments: nefertiti neck lift and forehead Botox.

I had a wonderful Tropic’s facial and felt completely relaxed throughout the entire appointment. Grace ensures that the consultation time is not rushed and demonstrates her knowledge of the products with ease, making it such an enjoyable experience. The products were chosen by us both and when applying, Grace would say which product was being used, something I really appreciated if I want to expand my own routine at home. I had an initial consultation with Stacy, and she explained what would happen if I went ahead with the treatment, asked if I had any questions. Answered my questions honestly and not just what she thought I might want to hear. I have had many treatments over the years with different companies and no one has taken the time to explain like Stacy did.

I experienced a bespoke Tropics facial, totally tailored to my skin, and it was amazing! Grace was very knowledgeable and explained the products passionately and I learnt so much. The process was super relaxing and my skin felt wonderful afterwards. It’s really worth the experience as the products are so unique and really do the job. Grace’s attention to detail makes sure it’s a truly special experience!

On my most recent visit, I had microneedling and dermaplaning done to get rid of my facial fuzz — and as always, Megan worked her magic! This is my second visit to Grace and this time I tried the Magnesium Melt massage as it is said to help with sleep which I struggle with. Grace's hut was warm again and as I visited in the evening the atmosphere and low lighting made it even more relaxing. Grace as always was very professional and made me feel at home. I could feel the butter warm up on my skin and work it's magic. The magnesium drink to have after was a lovely refreshing way to finish the treatment. For the first time in a long time I had a great night's sleep so I would definitely recommend this type of treatment.
